For those who never had the unlimited verizon plan?

What did you do? Paid verizon for extra data to watch movies while camping? Gave up and stored movies on a hard drive or dvd's? Bought a satellite internet dish and plan? I'm considering som...

to answer the original question

excess addon data is normally $10 per gig

exceed your allowance and a $10 charge and extra gig is tacked onto your bill

1 hour SD tv about 300MB
2 hour sd movie about 600MB

1 hour of HD is about 1 gig
so a two hour HD movie costs you 2gig, $10 per gig for going over your allowance

MOST people avoid streaming movies if they a have a 2~3 gig allowance
