I am with the OP.
They need to DISCLOSE that they are going to use your 'personal information'.
If this statement was NOT on the raffle ticket. I would definitely take it up with CW. Time to stick their feet to the fire regarding privacy laws.
I for one am getting real sick and tired of this abuse. Sad that so many just say oh well and accept companies using their personal information without consent. :(
