We've had one for about a year.
It works well, but has been discontinued but is still available for sale and the price has dropped somewhat.
I specifically wanted a GPS where you could drag and drop on screen to change the route as you were travelling. We often want to go along less travelled routes and the GPS tends to put you on 4 lane highways, even when you exclude interstates. I called Garmin last July to specifically ask them about this and they said no GPS by any company had that feature. So we went ahead and orderd the 760 LMT. Then, just a few months later, they discontinue making the 760LMT (although it is still available for sale) and come out with the 660LMT, which does have the route changing ability, has a slightly smaller screen and costs less.
All that said, our 760LMT has worked pretty well, and we like the traffic feature and the visual of what an exit looks like for when we do have to travel on interstates or in congested areas. Also very handy are the visual displays of what gas stations, restaraunts, etc. are available in each subsequent upcoming town.
