No, it's for RVs too. I wondered why it kept demanding that I take I-95 rather than US-301, which was shorter. Turned out "Faster Time" was selected; once unselected it was happy with US-301.
Beware that those settings on the GPS will override whatever you may have selected when creating a route in Basecamp. Once it was determined to take me across Atlanta on surface streets because that way was shorter.
