I have had 7 Garmin GPS's in the past and have been using the 760lmt for a few years now. The main reason I went with it was because of the size. Very few issues but 90% of the time I do my route planning with BaseCamp and download to the 760. I always preview the route that BaseCamp calculates in Google Earth to make sure where it is taking me is the best route and make adjustments as needed. It also helps me know in advance what to expect.
