Garmin dezi 580

We've used a Garmin RV760 for over 7 years with good results. The RV parameters are likely different than the commercial truck parameters, though. An additional plus is that the RV models have a lot of RV-related POIs such as campgrounds and RV parks, RV repair facilities, etc. You can still ask it to show you truck stops along your route and all that kind of thing.

I tried using one of the truck oriented Garmins, not the Dezl model though, and got rid of it after a couple uses. It would refuse to route you on routes that were signed for No Truck Traffic. The only way around it was to put it in Auto mode, which didn't allow you to enter your length, height, and such. Maybe the Dezl works better.
