Yup, I have the same problem with a couple of them. I've heard through various BB's that some of the older (don't know what "old" is) GPS devices from Garmin are having issues with USB 3.0 and work fine if you have a USB 2.0 port to connect to. All I have is 3.0, But the funny thing is when I use Basecamp they connect, .... if I use Mapquest they don't show.
Frustrating ... for quick POI adds Mapquest is much easier to use than Basecamp.
