CSR reps in these foreign use their down time to call and try to sell all sorts of junk. The we are from Microsoft and notice your computer has been infected etc. the “Garmin csr turned you over to one of her friends to sell you magic ... what concerns me more is you turned your computer over to them and who knows what tracking or password logging software they may have installed.
They may be right about one thing , the computer if not updated and having correct drivers probably won’t work with the Garmin.
Doesn’t say much for Garmins CS to be sure !
