we've had/used one for over a year, and probably 6-8K miles of traveling. Never ever had it lock up or send us down wrong roads.
I'm happy with it, lots of RV/camping features and built in apps. Like virtually all GPS units, Garmin gets maps and info from navteq. Navteq gets much of it's data from state data bases. State data base info and accuracy seems to vary.
As an example, in Oregon the data base will show low clearance sites that have plenty of clearance, it's the corner clearance that they publish, not the lane clearance. And in some states length limits are trailer not overall length, and can give bad info.
GPS is no substitute for common sense.
That said, the RV760 so far has had very comprehensive and accurate data on campsites, parks, rv services, things to see, rest stop locations, fuel locations, virtually all of the things we need to look up as we travel.
My only downside is the size. Good news, the display is big and very readable and customizable. Bad news, display is BIG..... need to find a place to mount it that doesn't obstruct visiability.
