Having been a CC merchant for 18 years, we were NOT allowed to charge a customers CC until the order was shipped. If the same rules still apply, Garmin has a problem cancelling the orders. Call your CC company and see if the charging before shipping rules still apply.
I would sure hate to be a Garmin Customer Service rep come Monday morning, those phone lines are going to light up like a Christmas tree. :)
