I won't say they aren't however with automation and on line technology the rules sort of changed. If I made a mistake and ordered the items would Garmin take it back? Would they charge me a restocking fee?
Is this kind of blatant mistake acceptable. Is the bad publicity more damaging then the alleged mistake?
Garmin wants to reap the benefits of direct on line sales, but they don't want to be responsible for the glitches.
How many of us purchased the units? 10? 10 x 200=2000.00. Is the issue worth $2000.00 of bad press.
