Charging the customers CC constitutes an accepted sale. No mistake at that point, money has exchanged hands.
Does that also apply if you buy something at Wal-Mart but choose to return it? You accepted them charging your card, does that mean you no longer have any right to return the product? You said making the charge constituted an accepted sale! Let try to keep the playing field level.
As an aside, I believe if you look into it just a bit you will find that there is no legal precedent of any kind any where that say charging a customers CC constitutes an accepted sale and that statement is nothing more than a personal opinion (which which I completely disagree).
