I'm not a lawyer, but if you do some internet searches you will likely find that this sort of situation has been covered in the courts many times. If an item is mis-marked, and sold at the checkout counter for the mis-marked price, the sale is final.
That would only be true if a transfer of goods took place. In this case, that never happened so a sale never took place.
In any case, I just want to apologize. I am not sure what got my ire up but as Americans we are all allow to pursue our dreams and I hope everyone get what they want when this is all over.
It's not like this is even a special GPS. It's just a Desl 760 with the trucker option removed.
