Whether it is inferior not depends on what your needs are. I sold a Garmin Nuvi 3590 on eBay in order to buy the Rand McNally 7725 and it is not a decision that I regret. A blanket statement about the Rand McNally product being inferior to the Garmin product doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.
