Gmail uses labels instead of folders, functionally the same... kind of. There should be a menu item (for me above the message, under three vertical dots) filter messages like this, bringing up a couple of pop ups setting parameters of the filter- sender, message, size, etc. actions include “apply label”, which gives the option of creating a new label.
