- Desert_CaptainExplorer IIIYou can also get elevation from your i-Phone by accessing the compass function.
:C - ScottGNomadAll GPS engines have altitude data. I don't think any modern unit fails to display it some how. Even in automotive circles it's available in a sub menu.
- 4aSongExplorerOur Garmin 2797LMT has elevation and I would assume most have that feature available. A phone app would be another option.
- 2oldmanExplorer IIMy 660 Garmin allows display of almost any parameter of your journey. Bottom right corner tab. Just tap it to see menu.
- accsysExplorerI think most current GPS units will display the elevation IF you know how to get it. For instance the the Garmin 56 I use in the Libby requires me to tap on the arrival time to get to an option for many other things to display in that space. Elevation is one of those options.
- fj12ryderExplorer IIIMy Nuvi 2539 has elevation function.
