Two things about your plan.
The Flex description says it is a 'single' coax so I don't think you can use both tuners in the VIP722. Meaning I don't think you can watch differnt shows on 2 TVs with that dome antenna.
As I understand it, Dish will only let you add a VIP211 receiver in the RV if you have a Hopper in your home. Best to call and ask before buying the VIP722.
This is my experience after having Dish for 10 or more years at home and and about 4 years in the RV.
I have had many different receivers. 522, 722, 922 Hoppers and Joeys.
