I'm not using iCloud. I have an iCloud account but my understanding is that thus works only when you have wifi. I don't have wifi.

You need to set up better (if any) spam filters. Gmail does an excellent job of that.

I've noticed I'm getting a lot more junk phone calls than ever. Each one has to be stored at a contact then blocked.

Isn't your email going into an iCloud account, that your phone is reading?

The problem isn't with your iPhone; it's that your iCloud email account is being spammed -- just like everyone else's email account housed on virtually any ISP!

I'd recommend that you go on a Web browser to iCloud.com, log into your account, and make any available adjustments to your profile to create "blacklist" or "whitelist" forwarding rules.

After that's done, take a chill pill and relax -- because spam is everywhere!
