Help with Verizon - Out of Service Area

You don't say where in MD you are living, but we lived there for >20 years and had excellent Verizon service. There is an area around Hagerstown that is "Extended Network" which can be a bit spotty, but other than that we've had no problems. Of course, in any specific location there can be issues; we absolutely had no cell phone service from any carrier at our S&B near Thurmont because we were on the wrong side of the mountain from all the towers.
