Help with Verizon - Out of Service Area

Same here! We tried to go wireless at our AZ S&B home but found we could not get data at a level above old dial-up. We barely get a good/fair voice signal. Worked with Verizon Support and they cancelled our USB modem data plan & contract with no fees. They even told us to keep the modem for when we traveled in the RV away from home. So now we have had wireless voice and landline internet at the house. Work with Support as they have to power to change & cancel.
