help with windows 8.1
I am helping my grandson remove malware from his computer that is windows 8.1. In the process his log in password has been corrupted. I can't get past the log in screen to log in as another user.
I tried looking up a solution online from my computer. But I run windows 7 and all the responses default to windows 7 even tho I requested help with 8.1. So how do I get past his log in to log on as another user?
