Be aware that you will not be able to use any kind of dome/portable automatic antenna with a Hopper. You will need either a Winegard Trav'ler or a standard Dish 1000 antenna mounted on a tripod that you must point yourself manually.
The Hopper and Joey are 2 completely separate devices and the Joey's are not satellite receivers. At a minimum you will have to bring a Hopper (and find room for that big box) and if you want to watch anything on the Hopper on a different TV you will have to run new coax to that location and install the Joey.
I am not sure when you disconnect a Hopper on a Duo Node Splitter and use that with a Solo Node in an RV but, in theory, it should work unless you separate the Hopper/Joey setup in the house where not all Joey's can access both Hoppers.
