How do I turn off these notifications on my phone?
HTC Incredible version 1. Verizon is the provider. I received some sort of notification of a news story this morning on my phone and want to turn these off. How do I do that? Thanks

likely it is an RSS app
looking at my old incredible there is a 'news' app in the apps
you can delete 'feeds' using the menu button
try deleting the feeds
