See the other recent thread on this. It's possible ABP is allowing those ads through. It doesn't block all ads; some Acceptable Ads (read: paid ads) are allowed.
I am running Ad Block Plus on FF.
It was updated 9/28 - az99ExplorerI can't believe no one else can see it. I just went to a new Win10 laptop with a new install of FF and Ad Block. It shows up there also.

- naturistNomadNo pop ups here, either. You are evidently infected with malware (both viruses and adware). Clean up your computer, you'll be fine.
- bwanshoomExplorerI didn't see the popup, but I'm running an ad blocker. I recommend uBlock Origin - it's one of the fastest and non-resource hungry ones out there.
