THERE'S THE ANSWER! Your H25 cannot be used and your H24 is setup for SWM. That the only way the receiver would say "Do not install B-Band...) I will re-post the answer I left for you on the Tiffin forum.
Nothing else matters here other than the SWM settings. Since you have an H25 (SWM only), then the H24 is also setup for SWM. You will never be able to use your H25 with the current setup but there is a kit you can install later. For now, put that aside.
Now, you will need to go into the H24, ensure it is connected to the dome primary coax (usually Sat 1), go to Repeat Satellite Setup, change the Switch type from SWM to Multiswitch and change the antenna type to 18" round (oval is an option but this is a better place to start). Go to Signal Strength and then Signal Meter. Now, power on the dome and allow it to lock to 101. Once you have a good (70+) signal on 101, transponder 1 you can exit and then click all the necessary Continue buttons until you get to the end. You may see errors or missing boxes but just keep going. You will finally get to the end where it say Watch DirecTV. Once that's done you should be able to watch DTV. As mentioned you will need to go to Menu, Display, Preferences, Hide HD or Show all channels to allow the reception of the SD channels. Anything you see that says HD will show a loss of signal message.
