Are you using a browser extension/add on to store the passwords? Google Chrome will/should restore them to the new environment, after installation there, if you've enabled the "sync" feature of it. If it's another browser that holds your passwords, you might be able to import the password info from that browser into Chrome, and then enable sync on the new box, install Chrome on the new box, and it should migrate them.
