how well does unlimited data work with streaming video

Sorry if this has already been discussed but I think a general status report would be helpful. We'll be making a circuit of the US in our motorhome. We love our Roku streaming Amazon and Netflix at ...

We use the AT&T Unite hotspot with Unlimited Plus plan. Routinely stream 40 to 50 Gig on this device alone a month without any throttling. Have 4 phones, and 1 hotspot and all on the same plan have unlimited, meaning they have at least 22GB each before any possible throttling could occur.
