how well does unlimited data work with streaming video

Sorry if this has already been discussed but I think a general status report would be helpful. We'll be making a circuit of the US in our motorhome. We love our Roku streaming Amazon and Netflix at ...

We normally stream programming with DishAnywhere from one of our two Hoppers to an Amazon FireTVstick with few issues using our AT&T unlimited 4G/LTE Connected Car plan. We also stream Amazon Prime movies as well. We've even used our unlimited 3G only grey market Verizon Jetpack plan to stream at times with a bit more buffering, but still pretty solid. Streaming programming other than DishAnywhere is still lacking some channels/programs we want though, so we're not ready to "cut the cord" quite yet.
