Think of the <div> tag as a container, which is uniquely identified by its "id=". Whatever you place between a <div id=""> and stays within that container. You can have as many <div> containers as you want, and nest them within each other.
In this case, the Accuweather widget was placed within the <div id="box"> container that can be positioned anywhere.
