I called tech support yesterday about loosing internet connection. Tech said that the internet was down in my area. He said he would call back today and repair it. The internet is back up today.So I will wait for my call back and see if they can fix my wife's computer. Yesterday the internet went down when he was working on my wife's computer. Before it went down he did see that her computer was infected but lost connection before he could remove the infection. He will call back today between 9/10 am and try to complete the repair.
