Actually, you can setup a free 2GB account with DropBox. You setup your PC and load the app on your tablet (iOS or Android), and anything you drop into the box is automatically synched between devices. I don't leave anything in there that is sensitive in nature as it is in the cloud, but it is very good for transferring files.
