I wouldn't be surprised that someday you will be getting a ticket for having all of those items in easy view angles from the drivers seat.
This is a big safety violation these days with all of the available electronic devices.
The RV manufacturers have to install power disconnects for such things when the ignition key is turned 'ON'...
In my thinking this probably makes your gameplan a rolling accident waiting for a place to happen. I have Internet Radio Scanners going all of the time in my vehicle but definitely no series of Monitor screens to catch a glimpse at. The fighter jets all have HEADS UP DISPLAYS to reduce distractions...
Even the public service vehicles are running into this with all of their safety devices possible causing a hugh distraction when driving. The Police vehicles all have Internet Monitors and other monitor type devices all in plain view of the drivers seat position when cruising down the roadways.
"Lets be careful out there" as the Police commander says each day at the morning briefing.
