This is also true for those of us with windows. most of the download process will be performed by the mac/PC and only the final files have to be transferred to the phone. Otherwise all the files and work has to be done on the phone which requires a lot of temporary space.

Just make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your PC/Laptop. I went through the process with iTunes, it updated my phone but couldn't talk to the phone for the data restoral until I updated iTunes. It worked fine but took a bit longer.

4chan is an online site that creates many of these kinds of trolling activities. They are where the group Anonymous came from and they're the ones behind the recent release of the celebrity private photos from iCloud. They do it "for the lulz" (laughs).

Updated a 5s and iPad3. I like the hands-free Siri function when the phone is plugged in to a power source. No problems so far noted.

I have discovered that in iOS 8, Apple has done away with the Raise to Speak feature. I used this all day long. I hope they bring it back with an update.

iPhoto is dead and gone.
When you try to run it you get the option of moving all the photos stored in there to the native apple photo app.
You lose all your albums and captions.
The photo app now has a few more editing tools to spruce up your pics.

Compatibility issues with Dropbox and other apps that autoupload photos were reported in the past couple days. According to this, they've been resolved in Dropbox. Presumably, other software may continue to have issues until they're updated.
