I think we'll be cable tv cordcutters - roku tv

as cox is shutting off its analog cable with which our old big analog tv and old analog series 2 tivo have done so well, having no cable card slot on the tivo, we'd be forced into a sub-par cox dvr. ...

We have never had cable, always OTA and last year bought a Channel Master DVR+ to record OTA. It has two tuners, can record two shows at once. We split the antenna feed so we can watch direct from antenna if we want to watch a third show while recording two on the Channel Master DVR+. They had a big black Friday sale (20-40% off)... We have Netflix so also watch that some (we share our daughter's Netflix).

Watching TV on cellular data plan really uses the data fast..
