I’m sorry that was no help. Looks like Customer Service isn’t open until tomorrow.
Just a thought - Have you tried shutting down the app? I’m talking about double-clicking the home button and swiping up - not just closing the app.
The only other thing I can think to try would be to disconnect and then reconnect the battery.
