Lockout assistance failure
Two nights ago we locked ourselves out of our RV. We signed up for Good Sam roadside assistance platinum after buying our 5th wheel in February.
I called the assistance number that was provided and spent some time with an automated attendant providing quite a bit of information. Finally I was transferred to an agent.
The agent repeated all of the questions I had already answered and added a few more. I'm not sure how height, length and weight of the RV affect the lockout situation. Once all was answered I was told I would receive a call back.
At this point it has been 2 days since I was promised a call back and have not received any call. After a couple of hours we contacted the campground staff via their after hours number and they had a local locksmith on site within 15 minutes.
I am not a satisfied customer of the Roadside Assistance plan. Is this lack of performance typical?
