If you installed the drivers from a disk which you can't find then you'll have to either find the disk or download the drivers. Sometimes the installation disk will unpack the drivers to a temp folder which fails to be deleted, but that may be beyond your expertise. :)
However, I think if you go ahead and download the drivers from the website you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much less time it takes than what you expect.
I started the download, and watched it because I get nailed sometimes with 'Hotspot' bandwidth running too fast. So, it gave me 12mb in 10 minutes, and needs 65.7mb (or so) to finish. So at that rate, if true, will take at least 6 hours or so. Too much for me - and annoying too.
As I said, not sure if it even came with CD, might have been pre-loaded as it a lot of operating programs (printer, scanner, etc)
Problem is too, not even sure I'm downloading the right one for the printer. It gives itself a string of numbers and letters, but doesn't state the name of the printer. So, pretty odd situation.
Bought a hammer once - still works fifty years later. Can't seem to buy an electronic product that lasts more than a year or two - it's more like we 'rent the d..a..m..n thing' and continue stuffing money into the tech companies.
