Have no CD for my HP printer - Photosmart C4780 I'm on a 4G hotspot, so pretty fast. Went to HP site, found drivers, started to download. Time tab says "21 hours" ... and says 65.11MB ... T...
You also need to take into account that HP download servers tend to be slow. You can alternatively test your 4G download speed for the full WIN 7 driver/software package specifically for your printer here.
