The smartphone concept won't work because if I want to use a Park's wifi network which I am already paying for, there's no way I know of to have a smartphone connect to that other wireless network AND have hotspot service turned on so that your other devices are using that smartphone for their connectivity.
Aside from that, I want my "network" to exist even when my smartphone isn't there -- i.e., a wireless camera I may have inside my rig that I can remotely access (from my phone) whenI'm away from it to check on things.
