We use a Pepwave Surf Mini "On-The-Go" router/repeater that also supports our cell based data plan using either our cell modem or MiFi. All of our WiFi connected devices are connected to the Pepwave, which uses the cell data service while we're underway or in a park with poor or no WiFi service. When a park does have acceptable WiFi (Yes, there are a few!), I connect the Pepwave to it with just a couple of mouse clicks and a password entry if required, and we're good to go with the cell service still available as a fallback. None of our devices need to be reconfigures or changed in any way.
