All you really need is a Cradlepoint router. I have used them for years and my current MBR95 is inexpensive and allows be to use Cellular or Wifi as WAN to connect all devices without any modifications. I use a stand alone USB cellular card (my choice) so I can talk on the phone and be on the internet easier but you could tether a device to the Cradlepoint or connect the router to your phone using the WiFi as WAN option. There is so much flexibility it just makes like on the road very simple. You can set the router to connect to the campground WiFi and if that fails it will (if you choose) automatically default back to cellular to keep you connected. You can also tell it NOT to do this so you don't unexpectedly get a huge cellular usage bill when you thought you were on the parks WiFi. Set it and forget it!
