Get a router that supports "wifi as wan". You can set up your home wifi and your apple device wifi as defaults. You would need to attach to each campground wifi as you go there. Once setup/attached, your router should remember all the wifi/wan you have entered.
This is a good way to keep your local network secure. I use a cradlepoint mbr95. It will do wired wan, wifi as wan, and it accepts cellular data USB devices. I use AT&T for my internet in mine.
