Internet and Cellular Service (I need your help)

We use a Smoothtalker and works as an amplifier for weak signal but nothing will work with no signal. Can use phone is as hot spot or feather to computer. We have found Verizon to have best nation wide coverage. In a hole along the Missouri river in MT little to no sign of service ST pulled in 3 bars.
