Ios 8.1 out today
Added Apple Pay, and fixed a bunch of reported problems. It fixed my IPads Safari browser problems. yeah! I hear 8.2 and 8.3 aren't far behind.

Haven't been able to upgrade to iOS 8 as it was on a mandated hold for use on my enterprise network. This has been the case with most all major iOS version upgrades as it tends to break something on the enterprise side. This iOS 8.1 update should fix those issues.
