Ios 8.1 out today
Added Apple Pay, and fixed a bunch of reported problems. It fixed my IPads Safari browser problems. yeah! I hear 8.2 and 8.3 aren't far behind.

then there's no reason to upgrade to 8.1. even without 8.2 or 8.3 i'll wait as apple hasn't had a very good track record in 'getting it right the first time' lately. 8.11 is just as likely as 8.2
