iOS Automatic Downloads
Does anyone here know how to stop iPads & iPhones from automatically downloading updates to iOS ?

I don't have an IOS device, but I have looked at them. If I recall correctly, I think this is what you want.
Setting/iTunes and App Store/Updates
I believe that is a toggle; to the left, automatic downloads is off, to the right automatic downloads is on.
