Some time ago I received a notification on my iPad Air tablet that an update was ready for installation. I hesitated installing it until I could determine if there were any ill effects. Can any of you folks share your experience with the update?

Did mine today.Took 15 minutes, all is well.

No problems. It actually fixes some security issues from the previous update.

Installed it on my iPad mini and iPhone and both are working just fine.

When an update is available, I first do a backup with iTunes before installing the update.That way, if some problem comes with the new update, I can drop back to the previous version by restoring from iTunes.

I did my update a few days ago with no problems or bad after effects.

The last update that I show for is mainly for the iWatch. The rest didn't seem very important to me. I haven't done it.
