- ReadyToGoExplorerThings to try.
turn the ipad completely off wait a while and turn it back on. This lets it recycle itself.
or
Get rid of every router you have been connected by doing 'forget network' including the one you want to connect to.
or
if the router is WEP, change it WPA2-PSK
or
reset the router
or if I wanted to be a SA , I could suggest getting a Fire or Galaxy instead. - FizzExplorerSomething to try.
Go to settings then under wifi tell it to forget or dismiss this network then sellect it again in the list of available networks. You will need the passwork etc. - FlatBrokeExplorer IIYep, found that out this winter where we were spending. iPad SUCKS at WIFI! Signals my Five year old lap top pulled in my IPad would not, even when it showed 2-3 bars. Even stayed in one camp ground that showed a continuous 5 bars and the iPad was iffy, lap top no problem. Doing a search you will find out this is a common problem. Tried all the fix it remedies and worked for a very short time. Not worth the hassle.
- Nutinelse2doExplorerWould try the reset network settings and try again, this should flush out what is confusing the Ipad.
Go to settings, reset, then reset network settings.
Hope this solves your issue.
