iPhone 5s help using Hotspot

Just got a 5s (had a 4) when using the Hotspot I can not receive my email using Outlook 03.. I think I can send (not positive)

Any suggestions? Thanks
  • Called 611 when we got home and I connected to our home network and all kinds of stuff started to down load and now all is good.........

    Thanks
  • My wife clicked on the box when she first linked her iPhone to her computer that it was a 'Public' network. That kept Outlook from syncing with gMail.

Had to delete the network, and re-link the iPhone as a 'Private' network before Outlook would work.

    1. Send an email to yourself to check receiving email
    2. delete and reinstall Outlook 3
    3. try installing another mail program, I use Apple Mail version 7.3 (1878.6
    4. Go to your settings/preferences and open all your accounts. Delete them one at a time and then create the same account.
    5. Go Settings, open General, scroll down to the very bottom and then click of RESET. This will reset your iphone back to all factory defaults.

P.S. I don't like to be limited using just WiFi/hot spots so I added the "cellular date" plan from AT&T so I can use my iPhone 6 and IPad 2 air express any where I am traveling without seeking out Hot Spots:) Just what works for me.
