The Note 4 has their proprietary stylus. The Apple 6+ does not. It stores inside the phone. The stylus has all kinds of capabilities that really enhance the usefulness of the phone. For that reason, to me, Note 4, hands down is the winner.
You can find videos on youtube that specifically go over the many uses of the S-pen stylus, some are videos from Samsung, and some from various tech reviewers. I'd recommend you look into those before you make your decision.
Whichever phone you get you will enjoy, as they both are very capable.
